https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41873 Bug ID: 41873 Summary: "On hold" no longer blocks renewals if maximum of renewals reached Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 24.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: major Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer@bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org CC: caroline.cyr-la-rose@inlibro.com, gmcharlt@gmail.com, kyle@bywatersolutions.com, michaela.sieber@kit.edu In 24.11.12 the list of checkouts in the patron account in the staff interface no longer shows an an item is on hold and when maximum of renewals has been reached. But this is exactly the moment you won't want to make an exception and renew it for them once again. Setup: - AllowRenewalLimitOverride = Allow - AllowRenewalOnHoldOverride = Not allow - Look for a record with 1 item. - Check it out to Patron A. - Renew until the maximum of renewals was reached. (important) - Place a hold for Patron B. - Verify in the patron account: Item is "not renewable", but there is no info about the hold. - BAD - Check the "override renewal limit" checkbox and try to renew - Verify the issue is renewed - BAD -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
