Not sure what needs to be done here, more than a signoff? Failing because of Mark's test request
I think Katrin just rebased the patches to keep them current. I think the signoff just needed another check. Seeing as Mark isn't a member of the QA or release teams, I don't think it's necessary to fail the patch because of a lack of unit tests.
