Hi Marcel,
SystemD is not supported in Docker. You will need to `apt install -y koha-sysv koha-common` which will tell apt to explicitly use the SysV package.
I mentioned this before, but `koha-sysv` should really be a stop-over solution until we can get `koha-s6`, for example, to use in Docker.
SysV is going to go extinct soon!

Thx. Found out that I needed to add koha-common too still. Glancing here made me think that it was no longer needed. After adding common, the build works. Yeah, SysV should go.
