Not whole story yet, but now seeing this in KitchenSink:

return C4::Context->dbh->do( " CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS $table ( `borrowernumber` INT( 11 ) NOT NULL ) ENGINE = INNODB; " );

Thats a commit !
