Clicking the link takes you to EDI accounts. This patch fixes it. To test, apply the patch and run 'yarn build' - Go to Administration -> Libraries (for example) - In the sidebar menu, click the MARC ordering accounts link. - You should be taken to the MARC ordering accounts page.
