I was going to comment in favor of a "hardcoded" list over an AV as it will allow for much easier translation and maintenance - glad to see this is moving that direction already!

We already have multiple language lists to translate currently, if possible it would be nice to merge those into a single list (having translated them multiple times already). We have a country list in the system preference for HEA and a language list in the XSLT for the OPAC. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
