Tried to test the patches but got the following:

Applying: Bug 14702: Refactor GetReserveFee fatal: sha1 information is lacking or useless (C4/Reserves.pm). Repository lacks necessary blobs to fall back on 3-way merge. Cannot fall back to three-way merge. Patch failed at 0001 Bug 14702: Refactor GetReserveFee

Looks like some commits are missing from the master. Are you able to fix this?
