Testers. You do need to have the fines cronjob running at a frequent interval. Say every 5 minutes
Just for the record = that's not the case, the cronjob doesn't run every 5 minuts (maybe thats something that can be added in the documentation ), i'll improve sandbox behaviour tomorrow (time to leave now, hackfest day 2 finished in Marseille) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug.
