I'm struggling to replicate the issue your seeing.. I started with a ktd that started on main, then I checked out the branch and ran through updatedatabase followed by a restart_all. I imported my record using stage then import. Searching worked for me, direct navigation worked etc. I then tried a reset_all and uploaded the rogue record again.. all continue to work for me.
