See highlighted items below." hdl, are you suggesting that the librarian should have to confirm checkouts for any patron who has overdues, just as we have to confirm something like overriding a checkout limit? ("Too many checked out (already checked out / max : 10) Yes Check Out? No, Don't Check Out"). In my opinion, that's what the debarred status is for. If the librarian shouldn't check out to someone they should be debarred. I'm assuming that's what you're referring to Cookie?
