We created a public list with “Allow changes to contents from” = “Anyone seeing this list” and tested with 2 separate users logged into the OPAC. Both users can see the public list, but when attempting to add an item receives: “Sorry, you cannot add items to this list.” The other list options behave as expected: - Owner only: only the owner can add/remove items - Permitted staff only: staff with edit_public_list_contents can add/remove items - Staff only: staff with the catalogue permission can add/remove items So the issue appears specific to “Anyone seeing this list”.
