https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42386 --- Comment #86 from Martin Renvoize (ashimema) <martin.renvoize@openfifth.co.uk> --- Created attachment 207868 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=207868&action=edit Bug 42386: (follow-up) Apply itemtype rules to title-level holds and restore itype priority CanBookBeReserved ran the patron count checks once, without an itemtype, so itemtype-specific reservesallowed limits were bypassed for title-level holds. Run only the patron eligibility checks up front and evaluate the count checks per item, with that item's own rule scope, as the legacy code did. Also restore the legacy COALESCE(item.itype, biblioitem.itemtype) priority when counting holds against an itemtype-specific reservesallowed rule, instead of a flat OR which counted a hold on an item overridden to another itemtype against the record's itemtype.
