I find it interesting that the double quote character is safe in RFC 3986... as that's a character I use for crafting my malicious strings.

But in Template 2.28 it is still encoding the double quote character even though it says it doesn't need to... *shrug* -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
