https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42386 --- Comment #93 from Tomás Cohen Arazi (tcohen) <tomascohen@gmail.com> --- Created attachment 209848 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=209848&action=edit Bug 42386: Add Koha::Biblio::Availability::Hold This patch adds biblio-level hold availability. It runs the patron eligibility checks once, then iterates the items (including host items) looking for one that is holdable. Each item is checked with Koha::Item::Availability::Hold, so the count checks use that item's own rule scope (itemtype, control library), as the legacy code did. The first available item is returned in the context. When no item is holdable, the per-item blockers are returned in the item_failures context. Blockers: - Patron eligibility blockers - no_item_available (items exist but none is holdable) - no_items (the record has no items) The skip_eligibility_checks parameter skips the patron eligibility checks. Test plan: 1. Apply patch 2. Run: $ ktd --shell k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Biblio/Availability/Hold.t => SUCCESS: Tests pass! 3.
