We currently have it enabled to put holds on lost items, and we want to maintain that ability. That works in most places, but we noticed a place where it seems broken. As described: "He didn't have an issue changing the status of the item to 'Trace', but when he went through the patron's record & used the 'search for hold' option, the item appeared without the 'Place a hold' option at the top of the record. We were able to place the hold by using the 'Hold' tab on the left & looking for the patron again." Though there is a workaround, I think that is a bug within the 'Search to hold' option. I have a pic available of the item on trace that cannot be put on hold, but only on this screen.
