At point: 4/ Verify the vendor list is correct ... You should not get any changes here.
After selecting "Download selected claims", the file had the right numbers of rows, but no data filled the 4 fields SUPPLIER,TITLE,ISSUE NUMBER,LATE SINCE. On the contrary the master is OK.
I removed to much code in GetLateOrMissingIssues. I reintroduced it in the last patch. It should be good now.
But perhaps a message like this one could be used: "This vendor has no email contacts about late issues"
Yes, you are right, I modified it.
NB.3) At point 10/ the patch sends the message: "No email is configured for this account." instead of the required: "no email defined for your user". I don't know if this difference can bring any translation problem or any difficulty to the users.
