https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5062 Sandre Cunha <cunha@monterey.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |cunha@monterey.org --- Comment #6 from Sandre Cunha <cunha@monterey.org> --- Regarding replacement price - This is the price we charge the patron if they lose or damage the item, but has nothing to do with the price of the new item (it may be higher or lower than the original price.) Maybe it should be called the replacement charge rather than replacement price. Also, many libraries use the list price or retail price - i.e., the price that is printed on the book, as the replacement price. We used to do that, plus adding a processing fee, but now we have dropped the fee and use the price we actually paid (the discounted price). For this reason, when importing orders from our vendor we only import the discounted price. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug.
