I foound following solution from Markus Enger, see http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=1633#c4 ----------------- * Patch did not apply, giving this message: "fatal: cannot convert from UTF-8utf-8 to UTF-8".
