I've also tidied up the EnhancedMessagingPreferences and EnhancedMessagingPreferencesOPAC. The main change was to update the list of notices that messaging preferences control in one place and cross-reference - they were duplicated in about three places (both system preferences and the patron's page), and there were some differences in how they were described. I'll link to these once the merged request is merged.
