Looks like the switches +sbwtdcpu, +sbwtdio, +swtdcpu, and +swtdio were added in Erts 10.0, but I think we're using Erts 9.2 (at least in Ubuntu 18.04). Although it looks like +sbwt should apply in lieu of them anyway I think.
