https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=37658 Bug ID: 37658 Summary: Add option to disable Zebra integration if using Elasticsearch integration Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: dcook@prosentient.com.au QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org When you're using Elasticsearch for SearchEngine, there's not many cases where you'll need Zebra to also be enabled (zebrasrv,koha-indexer/rebuild_zebra.pl, filling zebraqueue database table). I understand not everyone agrees with that, so the default should probably be to keep the status quo. But it would be great to have an option that eliminates Zebra from the equation, so that you use less disk space, less RAM, and less CPU. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
