During testing, discovered the charconv() function is a no-op, so I wondered what should happen if database is in MARC8 (non-UTF) format.

Hi Andrew, Can this happen ? unless I misunderstand something, Koha transform MARC8 into UTF when importing, so in the database, you should have only UTF records. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
