Signing off.. all works as expected.

I did a minor rebase whilst I was testing (new dependencies added to PerlDependancies. As part of that I separated the 'remove PerlDependancies' step into it's own commit to make it easier to rebase and use the included test script for building an updated cpanfile at time of push.
