Same error when tried the instructions as was pointed out.
In addition, I also brought down Ubuntu 18.04 and tried to install Koha and got the same error. Atleast this time around I captured my complete commands list to a script file, that is attached.
Please advise. Appreciate your help.

assuming you want to upgrade to koha stable on ubuntu 18.04, you should run the following command... $ echo 'deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha stable main bionic' | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
