An alias ('c'), an underscore form ('exclude_code') or a typo was silently accepted, and the group was then never enforced, without any warning. describe_options now throws a Koha::Exceptions::WrongParameter for such a member, naming the expected name when there is one. It also reports a negatable option given as --no-foo as --no-foo, instead of --foo.
