https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20401 Bug ID: 20401 Summary: "Item circulation alerts" is overkill and might be removed Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Staff Client Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: gaetan.boisson@biblibre.com QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt@gmail.com The "Items circulation alerts" part of the admin interface is a very elaborate table to, if i understand it correctly, decide what kind of items should trigger a checkin or checkout notification for each patron category and each library. I have never seen a library using it, in fact i have never seen a library using the checkin and chekout notifications, which generate a lot of messages for the users. Is it in use anywhere? I think we should keep check in and check out notifications, but this tool is a good candidate for removal in my opinion. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
