The only suggestion I would have is to add a description to the new authorized value categories:

- ADD_CONT_HTML_CUSTOM: Custom display locations for HTML customizations - ADD_CONT_HTML_OPAC_SYSTEM: OPAC display locations for HTML customizations - ADD_CONT_HTML_STAFF_SYSTEM: Staff interface display locations for HTML customizations
