So I don't know if that changes the strategy for this bug.

We SHOULD change strategy, and that's great - this means we don't need to make complicated "reversal atomic updates" for the older wrong atomic update which was very complicated and anyway dangerous. That's great. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
