[Koha-bugs] [Bug 37605] Why do the vue apps use 'dialog' in place of modals?

However.. for the 'Feedback' alert boxes that are mingled into this component, I think it would be good to have a distinct component. 'Alert', 'Message', 'Notice', 'Feedback' or something.. we could even introduce a new UI here.. perhaps 'Toasts'?
