I cannot recreate the error on main in either Chrome nor firefox, though the table for the order's items isn't showing any items even when there's definitely items.

Are you creating the items at order or at receive?

Hi Lisette, we had a report on this behavior in a 26.05.00 demo installation in the Koha-DACH channel. Which version were you testing in?
