hmm maybe it still needs some attention for the biblio level hold

OK Instead of calling GetReserveFee when we are in AddReserve, we should only charge the hold fee when filling the reserve. So we should move the call to ModReserveFill ! I will make some changes next week.. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
