Btw, those numbers are in what units? Seconds, miliseconds (microfortnights, nanocenturies, ..) ? They look way too high to be in seconds (unless you are running Koha on Arduino Pro Mini or something like that) and way to low to be in miliseconds (unless you are running Koha on some liquid-helium-cooled test rig on steroids).
