This approach scares me I'm afraid.. it feels like we're hiding errors that really ought to be getting thrown up to the callers and for developers to make informed decisions.

So maybe you are both missing the point of this approach: we do not want the callers (controllers) to validate the data, it will be horrible to write and maintain. I am waiting for your suggestions, I do not have another one. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
