In my opinion, if suspension_chargeperiod = 2, we should not charge on the first day... but, I'm not sure of the behaviour in the current version of Koha.

Did not test neither remember. But my feeling is that: if you are late, you pay. If you do not want this behavior you could use the grace. Before continuing on this maybe we should ask on the list? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
