We have a borrower that has tagged a lot of items. When they load opac-tags.pl it takes over 4 minutes to load. #mytagst has over 1000 rows for this borrower so I'm thinking that if #mytagst was converted to datatable, that would solve the problem. When I load opac-tags.pl for a borrower that only has one or two tags, the tag cloud and the table load quickly.
