When LimitReportsBy is set to "Library" or "Library group" then the saved reports table doesn't include the standard DataTables stuff: pagination controls, search filter, Columns, Export, etc. When LimitReportsBy is set to "Library" and a report is limited, the Library Limits column shows "X Library Limitation(s)" and one can mouse over to see the list of libraries in a tooltip. But if it's set to "Library group" then the column lists the groups and ungrouped libraries directly, rather than in a tooltip.
