https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42100 Bug ID: 42100 Summary: Duplicate check for new records in Acquisitions only shows first duplicate when there are multiple Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 25.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: trivial Priority: P5 - low Component: Acquisitions Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: sbrown@bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org When creating a new record in Acquisitions, the new duplicate check feature only returns a single bib even if the title (or title and ISBN) entered matches multiple existing records. To replicate: -Find or create two bibs with the same title and ISBN -In Acquisitions, add to a basket using the 'from a new (empty) record' option -Use the same title and ISBN in your new record to match the existing bibs -Try to save the order, and note that the duplicate message only lists one of the existing bibs The same thing happens if the new bib only has a title entered. All matches should show, and the 'Use existing record' option should allow libraries to choose which bib to use when there are multiple matches. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
