I think ideally things shoudl be as easy as possible. I think all of our libraries have materials in various languages - the Goethe institute libraires being a prominent example. I don't want to run each of them with a different Elasticsearch configuration if possible.
Me too, but I fear side-effects. Like stopwords, its very useful to have them language-specific, but they are real words in other languages. Waiting for other opinions.
