I adjusted the failing tests and add some more. I do not know if we need to adjust the year only if surrounded by square brackets.

I think we do not have to bother about the braces here. In very formal ISBD a date like this should be surrounded by braces, but in older records the whole zone 4 could be in braces, not the individual elements (like: [Roma : s.n., 18--]).
