I'm not an acquisitions, but I'm confused about why this is confusing. However, we could improve the hint on aqbudgets.pl:
Warning at %: "Show a warning when the amount remaining in the fund reaches a certain percentage of the total. Enter 0 to disable."
Warning at amount: "Show a warning when the amount remaining in the fund reaches a certain number. Enter 0 to disable."
