How would this status inner act with the Holds? Would these items still trap holds or would there be some type of control to set whether they trapped holds or not? This "masked" or "suppressed" behavior will have the following characteristics:
1. If only one item is attached to a bib record, and the item is Suppressed, then the bib record display should also be suppressed. 2. If there is more than one item record attached to a bib, and at least one is not Suppressed, then the bib and all unsupressed items should display in the OPAC. 3. All items, Suppressed or not, will appear in staff interface searches.
