this patch has been tested OK for 3.6 to 3.8 upgrades ... by Catalyst-NZ, and Calyx/KohaAloha
this patch provides a simpler fix to the existing 2 patches.
I like the simplicity of your patch, but it doesn't cover the case where libraries already have upgraded to a version with hourly loans, and already have fines that include an hour/minute. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
