It makes sense to replace the default 008/11 when a thesaurus is provided, but only when it's provided (ie defined values). Otherwise, it needs to respect "MARCAuthorityControlField008". -- I am very keen to get these changes into Koha, and with that change I'd be happy to change to Passed QA.
