Just an idea here (but it might be managed in a separate bug after this one is pushed), it would be amazing to be able to duplicate all translation (screen_msg_regx) from an account to another. And even more to export and import all translation for transfer between Koha.
It is currently quite difficult to manage translation when maintaining multiple instances which all have multiple login.
Would a 'duplicate' (full resource) feature address this? The idea being you'd duplicate an existing SIP2 account (create a new one with values from previous already filled in), keep the things you want (e.g. screen_msg_regx) and remove/change the rest?
