https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=39566 Bug ID: 39566 Summary: Restrict number of checkouts on an individual basis Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: fiona.borthwick@openfifth.co.uk QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt@gmail.com, kyle.m.hall@gmail.com The circulation rules dictate which patron categories can borrow which material and the limit on each combination. The Default checkout, hold policy by patron category configuration allows you to set the "Total current checkouts allowed" per patron category. It would be good if libraries had the ability to override or set the limit on an individual patron account. For example, a child by default may be allowed to borrow 10 items but the library would like to restrict a specific child to only borrow 5 itmes. This can be achieved with a separate patron category of course but the library would prefer to do it on an individual basis when required. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
