ISBN 978-1-78416-110-1 did import the date as 2016-09-22 and the box only allows you to type in 4 characters. It would not let me submit the form with the date that it autofilled, which might cause some patron confusion. It only said "Please match the requested format" but doesn't tell you what the requested format is.
