https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=32228 Bug ID: 32228 Summary: Clean staged MARC records confirmation message should include a note related to Undo Import into Catalog Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: MARC Bibliographic record staging/import Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: lucy.vaux-harvey@ptfs-europe.com QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org The warning message that displays when you select the Clean a file in Staged MARC management is as follows: "Clear all reservoir records staged in this batch? This cannot be undone." It would be helpful to also make clear in the message that once a file is 'cleaned' it will no longer be possible to use the 'Undo import into catalog' option to remove a file of imported records from the catalogue. We have instances where a file has been cleaned but the library still require to remove the records from the catalogue at a later stage. These records then need to be identified separately and deleted using batch record deletion. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.
