hi there, i think you have bumped into a file permission problem (that you've introduced?), while upgrading try checking the owner/perms for /etc/koha/sites/jack/*
Cannot load any Koha software. Attempted a live DVD. Does not respond to the install software from the admin menu, Following instructions from the Live DVD.
