It was added all the way back in 18.11.. I'm thinking you've somehow had it removed.. could you elaborate as to how you've got into this position?
My Koha hardware server failed, and I attempted to restore a backup of Koha version 20.11 to Koha version 24.11 on a new Ubuntu server by replacing the database.
