Thank you Jan. All previously mentioned issues have been fixed but I've found a new problem (from the original patchset):

prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons_self_renewal.t

This will fail randomly with the patches applied, enforce_expiry_notice is set randomly in the test.
